24 Police buildings to be Closed, as Axe Swings!

West Midlands Police are closing a number of Police stations in Wolverhampton by January 2016. These are Heath Town, Oxley, Merridale Court.  Pennwood Court and Staveley, will close in March and Tettenhall within 18months.

All in all 28 buildings across the whole of the West Midlands County will close. saving £16m per year for the force. Wednesfield Police Station seems to have been spared this time around.

Folks the buildings are not needed because the Government that have just been elected are cutting police numbers drastically…no police, no buildings, less local jobs in our local economy, as the supply chain shrinks again in the public services.

So what do you make of the way this force is being slimmed!!cid_image001_png@01D0C3F7 Police
