Come on folks who is coming to the ‘Floating Market’ at Bentley Bridge Wednesfield as traders cruise in to serve the public on this important week for the Village! The traders will be here bringing a splash of colour to the canal over the week end ( Saturday & Sunday) .
I am hoping that in the first week of the school holidays that Wednesfielder’s will turn out and give these group of sailor’s a great welcome. See its not only the Orient that has an exotic ‘floating market’ Wednesfield has now joined the action!
The traders will be open Saturday and Sunday. Later in the week Wednesfield see’s a thousand year old battle celebrated when the 910AD Battle of Wodensfield reaches its Anniversary dates on the 5th & 6th of August…Its all happening in Wednesfield folks…be a part of it!
