It looks like the call for action on the Old Steam Mill has been heeded! Follow the Link and read what the Express and Star says about this property. Personally I am pleased about this decision and I hope action can be taken quickly so that the City gets back its highway in Corn Hill. There will be criticism I am sure, but the decision on this building will create good opportunities to energise other economic regeneration, in what is an historic part of the City that needs some attention.
