This Morning I was contacted by residents following the noisey start of early morning construction work taking place at 52 Millbank Street.
I contacted the City Council Planning Department, and I can inform you that the company concerned have been informed by the City of Wolverhampton Council, that they must stick to the rules around working at the site, and set out in the conditions of the Planning Permissions granted.
Starting work before 7.00am is not within the Planning Permissions! Its wrong that neighbours should be disturbed in this way. I will make further complaints if they do step outside the permissions.
Not a very ‘neighbour friendly’ start to this construction project, in a residential street packed with young families.
