Off to London

Mary and I are off to visit the House of Lords in London today.

Mary and I are off to visit the House of Lords in London today. I am sure that we will meet some old friends and enjoy the great history that is embodied in the nations Houses of Parliament. It matters not how many times that you have been. You just cannot ignore the wonderful history the paintings and the sheer majesty of the place. We hope to see Lord Turner and Lord Snape.

I hope that all of this will be done at a leisurely pace now that I am retired from a job!

Later in the week I have a number of appointments, some of which may lead to employment now that is a blow! Having finished work on the 31st March I cannot believe how fast the time has gone!
