Well today I have been to an early morning visit with BBC RadioWM to The Old Steam Mill at Corn Hill. I have given my view on the Adrian Goldberg Show, that the Mill must come down.
The highway network is all the poorer for the loss of Corn Hill, it adds many more minutes to car journeys wishing to access Horsley Fields due to the road closure. Plus the Steam Mill is now in such a poor fire ravaged condition the fabric is falling away, and it is only held up by expensive scaffolding.
Add to that the fact that the building is now a danger to everyone in the vicinity, and it is affecting other businesses, there can only be one real choice. Fetch it down now! the public purse should not be faced with another year of expenditure on this danger and blot on the Wolverhampton landscape.
