Danesmore Park Former School New Redevelopment – I promised to keep constituents up dated with regards to this proposal. I have been informed that Officers have met with Planning following the recent Public consulation, where residents walked the site looking at the trees and other ecological features.
The news is that the Planners and the tree experts are seeking to retain the majority of the trees around the perimeter, and some of the central ones as well.Work is still taking place with the planners to see how this will affect the dwelling numbers.

Officials are now working up a further set of detailed drawings for review with the community. The Trees Officer is also checking on site what we might lose as a result of the construction access. City Officials will be checking with the Hub management to find what dates may be available for another round of consultation…..
