This Morning I received neighbour complaints about building company who has been consistently starting work early on a construction project at 52 Millbank Street. This morning they attended and started working at 6.50am! I will be chasing the City Council planning enforcement team as soon as the City Council opens this morning to ask them to intervene urgently. I will keep you posted.

City of Wolverhampton Cemeteries allow visiting during these openings from 4pm to 7pm every day. The numbers attending funerals is still no more than 10 mourners.
I do hope that this information gives some more clarity.

This morning the nations media are suggesting that The Government is reportedly set to urge more than 1.7m children who are vulnerable or whose parents are key workers to return to school from next week as part of a gradual reopening of schools. It is then expected that ministers will announce a wider reopening of primary schools for June 1, with Year 6 children expected to be prioritised, before Year 10 and 12 pupils return to secondary schools. Although schools have remained open to children of key workers throughout the lockdown, parents have been urged to keep their children at home where possible.

Finally its the start of a new week again. Can you please remember that the The Ashmore Inn is still operating its Food Bank for local folk. I am sure they would love to see you with some more food donations during the course of this week!
