Huge Interest In Ashmore Park Vacant Shop!

There are a whole lot of residents and others that have been asking questions about the vacant shop on the Ashmore Park Shopping Parade.

It’s a great district shopping facility, and it is very much at the heart of the Ashmore Park community. So it isn’t really a surprise that so many people are keen to find out what is happening to the premises.

The “To Let” board has now been erected and the ‘ letting particulars’ uploaded to the City Council’s website.

The closing date for receipt of offers for this shop is 12 noon 9th March 2018.

If you have an interest or you have a friend or family that is interested in the shop. Please inform them that so far Wolverhampton Homes have had double figures enquiries and many of them have taken a viewing of the shop.

If you have any real detailed questions please do not contact me!
