Its been a busy start to the week for your Councillors!

Here is brief note on the issues that I have been working on  in this early part of the week.

Acorn Road – Requested that the private company using the compound at Acorn Road provide a road and footway sweeper to tidy up and reduce the mud.

Drugs I have been in touch with officials with regard to allegations of drug use in two locations in Wednesfield North.

Corpus Christ School – Parking Issues around the school, contact made with the Police, the school, and the Local Authority.

Oakmeadow School – Ryan Ave- There is to be a funeral in Ryan Ave at 8.40am, which could lead to congestion,  I have been liaising with the school, the City Council and the Police with regard to allowing the funeral safe access and egress on the day.

Ashmore Park Nursery – Visit of Sion Simon MEP to the school for the awarding of funding from the EU Erasmus project re Digital Learning

Bucknall Road– Reported on constituents anger with regards  of dog fouling in Bucknall Road

The Ashmore Park Football Pitches– Don’t allow your dog to poop on the pitch campaign started! Following contact by Corpus Christi Social Football Club!

Dropped Kerb – Request for  resident in Griffith Drive who wants have a dropped kerb.
