Councillor Phil Bateman said tonight –
“Here is the results of the Corona Virus testing that took place at the The Hub at Ashmore Park today! Thursday February 4th 2021.
- Current days Negative total is 109
- Current Days Positive total is 4
- Current Day Invalid total is 1
- Current days Cumulative total is 114
That means since the testing station opened there have been these results.
- Cumulative Negative to date 1147
- Cumulative Positive to date 38
- Cumulative Invalid to date 7
- Cumulative total to date 1192.
That means that 3.19% of the residents tested to date have tested positive. They are at home now isolating, and that is playing a huge role in reducing the increases that we have seen taking place here across Wednesfield in past weeks.
We need to keep testing folks, Mary and I both attended today again. We tested some 8 days ago. The recommendation is if you have tested negative – come back again and test some 7 days after you last tested. We need to get on top of this Virus, so we can reclaim the important aspects of our lives.
