Happy Christmas Folks! Now I want to thank those readers of this site for donating bulbs for the planter I have taken over as Wednesfield North contribution to brightening the Village, on the corner of High St and Alfred Squire Road right in the centre of the Village.
I along with Phil Fisher yesterday the 23rd of December turned the soil over and then planted bulbs and some other plants, some bulbs had been donated, other plants were from my own garden, and some plants were donated by other kind folks. The City Council’s budgets are under pressure, but this is a very small way of helping…and it makes me feel good anyway.
Hopefully the bulbs and the plants will all start pushing through in time for Spring!
