Residents backing onto Palmers Close Ashmore Park will be well aware of the tipping and Rubbish that has been collected and stored on this former Car Park site.
Here is the result of actions taken recently to deal with this anti social issue.
The site has been checked today and is clear except for a bag of rubble which has been identified as containing asbestos – a request has been raised for a specialist team from within Wolverhampton Homes to visit the site and get this removed. There is no evidence available to provide any link as to who is responsible for this.The outcome of the court hearing was favourable to Wolverhampton Homes with a positive outcome.
I hope that residents will see this as positive actions following constant complaints.
