The ‘New Garages’ in Perks Road, ready and ready for Letting!
Following the public meetings on the development planned for the former Danesmore site, which has been earmarked for a housing scheme. Here is an up date on the situation concerning the agreements reached on the old garages at the bottom of Perks Road. They are to be demolished and this will now happen soon. These new Garages which have been constructed as replacements, are now open and in use.
I understand there are a couple of these new garages that are still to be rented!
