We are in a very difficult economic situation, here in the City of Wolverhampton, like most areas of the Midlands. Covid-19 has had an enormous impact on the City’s local economy.
Interestingly there is an area of of the City Council’s activity that is seeing a ‘mini-boom’ in applications.
City Officials have reported that planning applications, have increased during the pandemic.
Some 16,000 planning applications had been received in 2020 ,which compares to 15,000 for last year!
