Sharing A Huge Act of Kindness!

As a City Councillor representing Wednesfield North, sometimes you are just taken by surprise, when a resident ask for your help. That happened to me the other day.

I always try to help if I can. In this instance the resident, a long standing member of our community asked me for help with regards to a favour she wanted me to do for her.

I was bowled over when our resident explained why my help was required.

I cant say exactly what the request was, because I have been sworn to secrecy. Except as we approach Christmas in the Season of Giving and Goodwill, I was asked to perform a task which involves a substantial donation our resident wants to make.

I often have to do negative things, so its a really good feeling to be able to help with such a brilliant act of kindness. I cant give a name, but I can thank the resident from the deepest point in my heart, as I know the gift will be a real help, for some in our community that are not having the best of times at the moment.

I love Wednesfield North and its people, you are in the main so giving, so helpful, and filled with so much community spirit!
To our resident a huge ‘Thank You’ from me, and I hope you have a fabulous Christmas deep in the knowledge that your kind deed will be helping others. Fab just fab!
