Tonight Wolverhampton City Council held a public meeting with regards to plans for the former Danesmore Park school site in Ashmore Park.
The City Councilllors for the Ward attended, other than Councillor Rita Potter. Rita is currently in hospital. But she wanted to ensure that residents were aware that she would have attended if she could!
This has been a classic consultation, with regards to this proposed development.
It was the sixth such public meeting that has been held for neighbours of the site, as plans developed for bringing the site back to use were discussed, as a much needed housing development.
It was a good meeting tonight and many questions were asked and answered.
It is the last such meeting that will be held before the Planning Committee has detailed plans submitted. I have agreed to ensure that residents are kept up to date via my social media sites.
