Halloween partyFlex your creative muscles at Wolverhampton Art Gallery and Bilston Craft Gallery this October half-term. The holiday kicks off with a full day of activities inspired by the dotty art of Roy Lichtenstein, which features in the Artist Rooms exhibition at Wolverhampton Art Gallery. Dotty Day
Monday 24 october, 12 – 4pm.

Drop-in and enjoy a ‘Dotty Day’ in thegallery! Have your face painted in dotty cartoon style and make fabulous fun pictures inspired by our Lichtenstein exhibition to take home!

Meet the Mayor of Wolverhampton
Wednesday 26 October, 10.30am – 12 noon & 1 – 2.30pm.

Families and children are invited to take part in these new, very special events. Meet the Mayor of Wolverhampton, explore items from the collection on display, dress up as a Victorian & design your own Coat of Arms to take home!

Bilston Craft Gallery
Craftplay Halloween Goops, Gunks and Slimes
Thursday 27 October 10.30 am – 12 noon & 1.30 – 3 pm.

Join Craftplay for their much-loved Halloween goop, gunk and slime sessions.

For babies and younger children they’ll be sensory experiences and the discovering of new messy materials whilst the older children can explore, mix and make potions.

Dress for mess and bring a change of clothes.

These sessions are very popular so booking is essential online or by calling 01902 552507.

Suitable for 0-5 year olds. £4.00 per child

SCARF Parent and Baby Workshop
Thursday 27 October
1st Workshop 11 am – 12.15 pm
2nd Workshop 1.15 – 2.30 pm

Little Treasures: SCARF parent and baby group is a relaxed and creative group. This is a fantastic way for your baby (0-16 months) to explore our wonderful range of sensory materials
and you will hand craft a mobile or wall hanging to take home with you for your baby’s room or nursery. All items are made from recycled materials, by choosing SCARF you are taking positive environmental action!

Suitable for 0-16 months (parent or guardian supervision needed)

Cost: £5 per child. Booking essential, please email or book at to secure your place.

*All SCARF workshops use majority reclaimed and recycled materials.

Friday 28 October 12 noon – 4 pm.

Drop in and join us for plenty of Halloween fun activities for all the family. Kit yourself out in our spooky dress-up clothes, have your face painted and take a scary selfie! Make your own ‘spooktacular’ haunted castle model and craft your own Halloween decorations.
