As your Local Councillor I am committed to ensuring that you have up to date information on developments that are taking place here in Wednesfield North.
I have recently been informed that another former redundant Garage site owned by Wolverhampton Homes is currently being considered for developing for housing.
This parcels of land has now been identified along with other similar sites in Wednesfield North, and across the City, for development for new homes.
There will be an initial ground inspection to ascertain suitability.
I will be requesting access to the results of the ground inspection, when this has been finalised.
If a decision is made to move forward to constructing new homes, a planning permission will be required.
That will then give an opportunity to either support or oppose the planning proposal. That will also mean that a public consultation will be required. At the moment there is only site inspections taking place.
