- Here in Wednesfield North we Polled 1615 Votes
- Turnout was 28%
In Wolverhampton North East these were the results – All Wards won by Labour!

- Bushbury South & Lowhill 1244 858

- Heath Town 1097 626
- Oxley 1384 666
- Wednesfield North 1615 974
- Wednesfield South 1540 612
As you can see Wednesfield North had the largest Labour Vote in the Constituency and it also had the largest majority
So how did the Wednesfield North Vote look against other Wards across the City?
– We Polled 60% of the Vote in Wednesfield North. We had the –
- 4th Largest Majority across the City
- 6th Largest Labour Vote across the City
Here is the other key Labour results
- Blakenhall had the biggest Vote (1943) followed by Graisley with (1900 )and Penn with (1724) Ettingshall 1724
- The largest Majority’s were – (1403) Graisley – (1330) Ettingshall – (1144) Blakenhall – (974) Wednesfield North
The Most Marginal Labour Wards in Wolverhampton are (1) Merry Hill 14 votes (2) Springvale 219 votes (3) Penn 268votes.
As you can see we have been very successful as a Labour Party here in Wednesfield North. Do not underestimate the scale and the importance of the result. When you scan down you will also see that my majority has increased over the 2012 result by a modest 8.2%.
