Wolverhampton Homes- “Making rent payments easy”

Making rent payments easy

EQaUgvNs_reasonably_small Wolverhampton Homes logoWolverhampton Homes  set plans for the installation of their new self-serve payment kiosks. They say –
“The kiosks have now been installed in the Market Street shop and we’ve had staff on hand to show everyone which buttons to press and help them use the new technology.

We can now announce when the kiosks will be installed in the other main shops.

This will be:

  • Wednesfield: 4th to 7th December
  • Bilston: 8th to 11th January

We’ll have staff on hand to help everyone learn how to use the kiosks, as we did at Market Street.

As well as getting tenants used to using online services ready for Universal Credit, our aim is that the new kiosks will free up staff to help more vulnerable customers or those with complex needs.

Tenants can find out about other payment methods on our website.”
