Library services in Ashmore Park are doing very well!
Residents attending the library from April 14 2014 through to March 2015, are now numbering just a shade under 30,000 visits a year. You just have to be very pleased with that sort of level in a suburban Library!
Councillor Phil Bateman said today “There is a very enthusiastic band of Library users here in this Ward, and the new facilities at the ‘Hub on Ashmore Park’, where the Library is now located allows for residents to choose a book, take coffee with a friend, take an art class, or even a fitness class, whilst choosing a book or taking part in another Library facility.
I also note from my visits how popular the computer suite is. The facilities are marvellous and the Library staff when they are on duty are so very welcoming and helpful.
So why not ‘Pop-In’ and take a look at what is on offer in our wonderful Library here on Ashmore Park. Support your Library and enjoy your leisure time!
