here is an Up date on the situation with regard to the illegal camp set up by Travellers near the
Leisure Centre in Wednesfield….
I can confirm that the travellers situated on Wolverhampton Fitness Centre, were evicted by the Local Authority, Police and Bailiff’s on the 25th February 2016.
The writ for possession was served at 12-30 pm, with instructions to leave the site by 3-00 pm, the travellers eventually vacated of the site at 6-15 pm, the police escorted them out of the City southbound on the M6 to junction 7.
