In regards to the condition of the land at the end of Chilworth Avenue on the Oaklands Estate. The land owner/s still have not been located.
The City Council is being pressed by me and my Council colleagues to resolve this issue quickly.
I want to re-assure residents in Chilworth Avenue that I 
I fear that the unprotected canal bank is a threat to unaccompanied young children.
