If Car Parking is at the top of the debating list here in Wednesfield North, not far behind in the publics ‘league of hate’ is the sticky subject of Dog Pooh!
I have received information relating to the alleyway which is a Pubic Rights of way, linking Whiston Ave Car Park with Ryan Ave, it is as I recall in the ownership of Wolverhampton Homes
In Paris they employ a mobile Pooper Scooper Scooter! Maybe the City Council could consider the vacuum cleaner loaded on the rear of the Pooper Scooper Scooter for dog pooh here!!
I asked that some one from Wolverhampton Homes could be tasked clear the dog mess.
I have been informed that Matthew Pickerill, Partnership Manager is arranging for our Estate Services team to attend on site and clear the alleyway.
He will also be liaising with the Environmental Health team at WCC to see whether there is any assistance they can offer in terms of enforcement.
Wolverhampton Homes want me to encourage my constituents who witness owners, who allow their dogs to foul, to report this so that they can target resources effectively and hopefully assist in resolving this matter now and into the future..
