Deansgate luxury offices development boost for Wolverhampton

Wolverhampton Regeneration continues – Deansgate luxury offices development boost for Wolverhampton

City of Wolverhampton Council planners have been praised for their support in the refurbishment of a landmark Grade II-listed Wolverhampton building for luxury serviced offices.

The former HMRC VAT office at Deansgate on Tettenhall Road has been converted into 28 offices, ranging in size from 1,540 sq ft to 226 sq ft, following a £2.8 million investment by developer and local businessman Surj Dhami.

Two companies – one from outside Wolverhampton – have already signed up as tenants and another firm from outside the city has expressed an interest in the largest office.

It seems to me that this is another very good step in the way that this administration is assisting in changing the face of the City, and providing quality office development which will help with our prosperity and employment moving forward!IMG_5708 City Council
