I have received a complaint from a constituent regarding the weeds that are entering his garden from a former City Council owned garage site in Bayliss avenue Ashmore Park.
My constituent informs me that this is a big issue for him and I therefore contacted the City Council about the site.
This site has been sold by Wolverhampton City Council to a developer and is no longer an asset managed or maintained by Wolverhampton Homes.
Photographs of the site in its present condition have been obtained and forwarded to Wolverhampton City Council Public Protection / Compliance Officers, with a request for the landowner to be contacted and the site cleared.
