I am keen to see where we now stand with Ashmore Park Community Association and their ‘snagging’ issues. There has been some controversy with the jobs that should have been completed at the Hub.
The Ashmore Park Community Association asked for some help in bringing these issues to a conclusion. I will be speaking with the CA team this week to find out what the latest situation is.
I have shared the Head of Assets response which was -“Whilst many of the issues on the original snagging list have been addressed, it must be a source of frustration for those working from the Hub that there are still outstanding issues. I am now co-ordinating a major “push” to clear these items and Building Surveyors will be visiting the Hub this week to progress outstanding items. I will be monitoring progress over the coming weeks and if there are any major issues I will get in touch with you.”
Now a week has passed I am hoping that the CA will have a much brighter tale to tell!
All three Local Councillors are working together with the Ashmore Park Community Association to improve support for individuals and the community at large.
