Today Tuesday 2nd February. We had more people turn up for testing than we have had in previous days. The Ashmore Park Covid-19 Testing Station at The Hub at Ashmore Park on Griffiths Drive attracted 206 individuals for the test today. That is almost double the total of Mondays attendance.

That takes the total number of attendees through the 1,000 tests and gives the Cumulative total as 1078.
So, since the testing station opened, we have had the following Cumulative data.
- 1038 Cumulative Negative to-date
- 34 Cumulative Positive to date
- 6 Cumulative invalid to date.
- 1078 Cumulative attendees to date
Councillor Phil Bateman said “I speak on behalf of your local Councillors. It is vitally important that we in our community continue to test. The new information that relates to our near neighbours in Walsall makes it important that all our families test. Please come along to The Hub . It only takes a few minutes. We need to get on top of this virus.
The advice is that if you test negative a return visit for testing seven days later is recommended.”
The testing station at The Hub on Griffiths Drive is open from 10am to 6.pm. But Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
