My views are that this service has been a real useful local development for Ashmore Park and Wednesfield. I am sure that the 46 Positive individuals that were informed in around 20 minutes that they had tested positive. Would have saved many more individuals from Covid-19 in our community. I will be speaking with the Director of Public Health about the service going forward. I am happy to respond to residents’ comments if they have any.

Cases in Wolverhampton
A confirmed case is someone who has tested positive for coronavirus.
137 new people had a confirmed positive test result reported on 6 February 2021.
Between 31 January 2021 and 6 February 2021, 867 people had a confirmed positive test result. This shows a decrease of 29.3% compared to the previous 7 days. The 46 Positive cases coming from our testing station would be figures that would have helped make up the total City of Wolverhampton Statistics.
