Estate Caretakers x 2 (Permanent)
Estate Caretakers have a vital role in maintaining open land and communal areas in a clean, safe and attractive condition.
Scale 3/4* (£16,231 – £19,742 pro rata) *career graded post
15 hours per week (working any of the following two days from Saturday, Sunday and Monday on a rotational basis)
The successful candidate must be:
- experienced in health and safety, risk assessment and inspections processes
- experienced in providing customer focused services
- ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- flexible in terms of working at different locations across Wolverhampton city
A full manual driving licence is essential.
