Residents this is a message for you following the uncollected Purple Bins that was due for collection on Wednesday-
Residents this is the response I have had from the waste collection team, when I made enquiries on your behalf today…”Having checked with the crews as well as the in-cab devices and tracker systems to gain independent verification I can confirm that although the collections were delayed yesterday we did send out a crew to Stephens Close yesterday between the hours of 17.14pm and 17.16pm. Unfortunately the crews reported that the bins were not presented.
Under regular circumstances we would not return to collect the bins but as the service was delayed yesterday I will ask the crews to return tomorrow as a one off collection.
