Good Morning Wednesfield – Today is Sunday 31st January 2021.
Here are the LATEST results of the testing that took place in the new Corona Virus testing station at The Hub at Ashmore Park on Saturday 30th January.
I am trying to give residents the up to date results after testing has closed and been audited for the day.
I am keen that members of our community see how important it is that we as a community take a Covid-19 test. I would urge you to take one if you haven’t had one yet.
Here on Saturday 29th January – The Hub received 95 members of the community for testing
Of those that were tested –
• Negative total 92
• Positive Just 2
• Invalid test -just 1
• Cumulative total residents attending on the Day was 95
The station started testing for the first time – on the 21st January and the cumulative total of persons that have in total now attended this new facility is 762.
• The Cumulative Data since that date confirms that now 762 persons have been tested
• The Positive test to date is 28 persons
• The Negative test to date is 729 persons.
• The Invalid test is 5 Persons
These statistics are very encouraging because the vast majority of those testing are being declared as negative. On Saturday again just 2 persons were identified as positive.
My advice remains that residents should continue to test. You can turn up at The Hub seven days after you have had a previous test. The information positively encourages you to take this course of action.
