The Workers of Wolverhampton have recruited family & friends to provide quality products that have helped Goodyear to forge their international reputation. Hence helping the company to dominate and develop profits and wealth.
The Plant here is profitable it is staffed with skilled and dedicated workers, and withdrawing to manufacture elsewhere is a ‘dagger to the heart’ of Wolverhampton and also the community that have supplied Goodyears with generations of hardworking dedicated employees. I have no hesitation in calling for Goodyears CEO and Directors to rescind their decision to cast this partnership with Wolverhampton,its community and generations of loyal employees aside. Do the right thing and stay!
