This week some 10 Years ago Mary & I were on Duty as Mayor & Mayoress of the City of Wolverhampton, for the VJ Day commemorations. I hope you enjoy some of the photographs of the veterans who were on Parade on that day the 15th August 2005.
Here Wolverhampton veterans parade for inspection by the Mayor and Mayoress of the City, Councillor Phil Bateman and the Mayoress Mary Bateman. Councillor Bateman said ” We are so proud of our war veterans.”
