The Duke of Gloucester came to Wolverhampton today to rededicate the statue of Prince Albert the consort to Queen Victoria, which has stood for 150 years in the City Centre.

The Duke declined to Knight the current City Mayor, as Queen Victoria had done  150 years ago!
