I have been out on the Kitchen lane Open Space site this morning and a number of caravans have joined the twelve caravans that left on Friday. It looks like the camp is leaving today folks!
I have spoken with City Council and a team will be on site to replace the damaged bollards after the last caravan has departed. An Officer is already on site inspecting the litter and other environmental damage. So that a swift clean up can take place.
I have spent the morning talking to local people in the areas affected. Please follow the link and view the video. The travellers were heading towards Essington after they left this site.
