When I read the report first at the Audit & Risk Committee of Wolverhampton City Council I was disturbed at what the Director of Education had written. It was not the information that you want to read. It was also a little disturbing to hear him in person reporting in this way.
JLR is important to this city. I may be critical about the Head Teachers showing little interest in JLR, but am I not right to question this lack of interest?
